We are thrilled to share that the 3rd International Argonaute Syndromes Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, and online, was another truly life-changing, inspiring, and emotional event. The generous support of our donors made it possible for us to bring together patient families, world-leading Argonaute researchers, and clinicians to advance the understanding and treatment of rare Argonaute-related syndromes.

This year, we profoundly felt the community grow stronger as families connected, shared lived experiences and supported each other (including each other's children), overcoming the feeling of being alone with a rare disease.
The conference served as a vital platform to bridge the gap between patient groups and the dedicated scientists working on solutions for our children.
We also observed a significant shift in the research landscape, moving from uncovering basic mechanisms to actively exploring therapeutic strategies. Many scientists expressed again how meeting families and patients directly provided unexpected insights and deeply inspired their work, motivating them to work faster and harder.
We experienced a truly unforgettable moment when the families entered the main conference auditorium: over 100 scientists rose to their feet, giving us a standing ovation as an expression of their admiration for our families' courage, love, and vulnerability. This powerful moment underscored the profound human connection forged at these gatherings.

Donations were instrumental in making this conference free for attendees and providing vital travel scholarships, ensuring that more families could participate.
